The West Virginia Heritage Quilt Search was a volunteer effort to collect and preserve information about West Virginia's pre-1940 quilts and quiltmakers.  Join Fran as she guides you through the state's documentation process, shares some of its stories, summarizes  some of the results, and talks about the project's inclusion in The Quilt index.  A trunk show will include quilts that were inspired by the project.
