Dark Hollow Meatball Mix

Just add one pound of your choice of ground meat. water and optional eggs.  Mild tasting meatballs that are great with Dark Hollow Sauces.  Mix can also be used as a meatloaf mix,  breading or crunchy topping for casseroles and salads.
