Crystallized Hawaiian Honey is from the Big Island's Hamakua Apiaries.  Because of the Island's extended bee season, the flavor profile, color and texture of the honey changes depending on what flowers are blooming.  As a result, this honey has a delicious variety of flavors including Tropical Wildflower, Eucalyptus, Christmas Berry, Ohi'a Luhua, Macadamia Nut, and Wildflower with Coffee Blossom.
